(1) Implement a strict responsibility traceability system for customer complaints, trace customer complaints about product quality and service quality issues to the ultimate responsible person,
and provide timely feedback on the handling and improvement results to customers;
(2) Provide lifelong technical support for all products of our company;
(3) Provide a response within 24 hours after receiving the repaired product and issue a testing report within 48 hours. During the warranty period, products with quality issues will be repaired
free of charge; Outside the warranty period, only material fees will be charged for repairs;
(4) Provide customers with timely, comprehensive, and accurate product information, installation guidance, and user training;
(5) Provide professional on-site services to customers;
(6) Regular customer follow-up and technical exchange;
(7) Provide sufficient spare parts for project oriented customers.
